ODDLYSTARSTRUCK'S TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree with the following
terms:

1. The buyer pays 50% of the commission upfront. Should the buyer cancel the commission after the sketch confirmation, the seller keeps the payment. Should the seller cancel the commission after the sketch confirmation, the money is refunded. The rest of the payment is sent once the seller has completed the commission, but before sending the final piece to the buyer. All payments are completed via PayPal.
2. The following subjects are prohibited: a) Pedophilia, b) Child Pornography, c) Incest, d) Depictions of Sexual Assault, e) Political Figures, f) Hateful Ideologies (ex. Homophobia, Transphobia, Racism, Religious Discrimination of any sorts, etc.). Othe than that, the seller can also reject other art that they wouldn't want to make, in case it makes them uncomfortable.
3. NSFW of fictional characters is allowed. NSFW of real people isn't.
4. Review are appreciated, but by no means required. Permission is requested by the seller in order for the reviews to be posted on their page, but the buyer has a right to refuse.
